www.bakso-kaget.com Strategy: 3 pieces of advice for entrepreneurs

Ramit Sethi is an American personal finance advisor and entrepreneur. He is the author of the book on personal finance, I Will Teach You To Be Rich. He is also founder of GrowthLab.com, and co-founder of PBworks. After 15 years building his business, he narrowed down 3 advice to people who ask.

1. Focus on paying clients
All startup businesses sucked into what is called "vanity metrics", the number of subscribers they have or number of likes in each picture. But actually, an Instagram account with hundreds of thousands of followers matters far less than paying customers. The ultimate sign that you are providing value is when pulling a credit card. For people to pay you and stick with you, you need to be really good at what you do.

2. Move up the value chain
This means, when lots of entrepreneurs stunt their growth because they sell products at a certain prce. That's amazing at the beginning, but we will want to increase the value. How? By providing better services or quality of product. The better you give/ the quality, means you deserve more than the price.

3. Choose your heroes carefully
There are internet marketer that do weird tactics, and to make cents from every transaction. Heroes are not like people earning hundreds of thousands of dollars per year and working less than 5 days per week. Heroes are someone who have built their business to amazing value and have good ethics.
