Tokyo revealed their base for their future
Tokyo now has a marvelous water tank for their future. They're really well prepared. However, its purpose is not to save water for the future but to save them in a later year from the floods. Their underground defense against flood is very unique, says Cecilia Tortajada, author of the Singapore Water book and management expert at Lee Kuan Yew school of public policy's institute of water's policy. The Japanese' battle with extreme floods starts with the city having five river systems and an extremely large amount of individual rivers. This geographical feature caused some places to sink down. This project is a two-billion engineering work. It is the world's largest diversion floodwater facility.
